Two weeks ago I went to the clinic to do some paper work on my medical insurance and  to get a consultation card and I was sent to the social services to get it, everything was fine until I did a medical check up on  me they took a blood sample to see my blood sugar levels and it come out  at  302 in my blood sugar level , I was sent to do a blood  analysis and the result was diabetes, so I'm taking insulin and I'm losing my sight I'm a little short-sighted I can  now only see blurry so on friday I'am going to see ( if I can ) the doctor to know if the treatment is working and to see how I can recover my sight
